-Villa & Estate Properties offer 1 to 9 bedroom casual, deluxe and super deluxe homes on both the Dutch & French sides. These secluded properties are among the finest in the Caribbean and are perfect for couples or families. If your group is larger, we can offer several villas in close proximity. You can simply book accommodations and arrange your own airfare. Or, take advantage of our one stop shopping including discount airfare, car rentals, Chef or Cook or Butler Service, travel insurance and our "Island Concierge Service". Minimum rental periods vary from 3 - 5 nights and can start any day of the week based on availability.

-Vacation Resort Properties provide guests with huge condo style timeshare suites with full kitchens, living & dining rooms. Properties include Princess Port de Plaisance, Royal Palm Beach Club, Flamingo Beach Resort & others. Some arrival and departure times are restricted. We rent privately owned units in these properties at package rates generally below the rates available for direct rentals from the resort. These discounted packages, which can include airfare and car rentals, travel insurance and more, offer some of our best quality & price values. Properties in this category for 1 to 4 persons - Studio, 1 and 2 bedroom suites with all the amenities of home including:

-Custom Hotel & Private Condo Packages allow guests to choose the number of nights (minimum 3 - 5 nights) they wish to book. Book a room or suite only or take advantage of our one stop shopping. Properties include: Beachside Villas, Caribbean Princess, Cap Caraibes, St. Tropez Hotel, Hotel Beach Plaza, Marquis Hotel, Esmeralda Resort, Sapphire Club, Ocean Club, Atrium Resort, Little Key Beach Hotel, L'Hoste Hotel La Vista Hotel & others. Most these are smaller properties or privately owned condo units at major resorts. While some of these properties offer condo style suites, others simply offer a standard hotel room at a nightly rate.
Green Cay Village Hotel is most unusual in that it offers 16 private 3 bedroom villas a short walk from Orient Beach. Offering hotel services, and rates for studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom villas. Spring & Fall rates are one of the best values on the island.
