About St. Martin: Blessed with European charm, the half Dutch/half French island is a tiny jewel in the caribbean of only 37 square miles. Situated 200 miles off the coast of Puerto Rico the "Friendly Island", as it is commonly referred to, boasts constant year round 85 degree temperatures, gloriously sunny days and cool breezy nights. The 37 powder white sand beaches are all public and provide every water sport imaginable.
Villa & Estate Properties offer 1 to 9 bedroom casual, deluxe and super deluxe homes on both the Dutch & French sides. These secluded properties are among the finest in the Caribbean and are perfect for couples or families. If your group is larger, we can offer several villas in close proximity. You can simply book accommodations and arrange your own airfare.
